– Presentation of an original driving licence at least 2 years old.
– Presentation of a valid original ID (national ID card for resident Moroccans, passport for non-resident Moroccans and foreigners).
– Minimum age of 22.
– The rental contract names the first driver of the car, who is solely responsible for any damage or deterioration to the car’s condition caused by improper handling or driving off paved roads.
– A check of the car’s condition and accessories is required before signing the contract. No claim made afterward will be accepted.
– All our cars are covered by comprehensive insurance with a 10% deductible.
– In case of an incident where your liability is fully or partially engaged, you will only bear 10% of the value of the damage caused, plus the days the car is off the road for repair.
– In case of an incident where your liability is not engaged, our insurance contract provides for towing to the nearest branch, where we will provide another rental car of the same category.
– Driver liability is determined by an accident report or an official report drawn up by the insurance company’s representative or by local authorities at the scene (traffic police in cities, royal gendarmerie in rural areas).
– Any damage from an incident not justified by an amicable accident report or an official report is the renter’s responsibility (i.e. the first driver named on the rental contract, who remains solely responsible for the car even while parked).
– Repair of any damage or deterioration caused by driving under the influence is 100% the first driver’s responsibility, plus the days the car is off the road for repair.
– In case of a mechanical breakdown, we commit to replacing your rental car with a new car of the same category at no cost to you, and the downtime will be added as an extension to the signed contract.
– If your liability is engaged, following improper handling of the car or its equipment, or driving off paved roads, towing to our Casablanca workshop, spare parts, labour and days off the road are the renter’s responsibility.
– The insurance contract between Aido Car Casablanca and our insurer covers the car with five people on board. Any extra load is not covered, and the consequences are the renter’s responsibility.
– The renter is solely responsible for luggage carried. It is forbidden to use the rental car to transport goods.
– Any luggage containing illegal substances (narcotics & drugs) is forbidden. The renter is solely responsible for the consequences in that case.
– For your convenience, we recommend paying for your rental with a payment card accepted by Aido Car.
– An insurance deductible deposit is held on your credit card at delivery of the car. This card must be in the renter’s name.
– The insurance deposit amount equals the insurance deductible (10% of the replacement value of the chosen rental car).
– Payment of the contractual rental amount is due at signing, in cash, by bank cheque, or by card against a signed and stamped receipt.
– If a promotional offer applies, failing to respect the planned rental duration on the day of delivery will automatically result in billing at the public rate in effect for the season.
– In case of a dispute, only the Casablanca court has jurisdiction.
– The renter commits to returning the car to its owner on the contract’s due date, in the condition noted in the check performed on delivery day.
– The car’s owner reserves the right to recover the car on the contract’s due date, or on the day a breach of any contractual clause is noted.
